So tell us a little bit about yourself?

- I make music, I like to party and dance and make other people do these things too.

What inspired you to start singing?

- I always wrote peotry and I was always copying the boys so I realised rapping was kinda similar to poetry and decided to have a go! I got taken to a rap battle and there were no girls so I stood up to the plate and beat all the boys.

Were there any hard challenges you had to face in the industry?

- I’m always working hard and and always being challenged. The music industry is a tough, hard cookie to crack. I’m skint and I’m always working but music is what I love and I wont stop! I love working!

What ways have you found was the best way to promote yourself?

- I mean the internet is a great free promotion tool, but mainly blogs and websites and through working with fashion companies. I do shoots for a brand and they post my picture everywhere generating traffic and people looking to find out more about what I do. But I think playing shows is the best form of promotion; just getting out there from town to town putting on a show and showing people what you do best!! Which generates word of mouth.

What would be your most memorable moment while singing?

- Well touring with Lady Sovereign was amazing; playing to filled out venues every night, but also working with Hello Kitty; being in the Hello Kitty magazine and also playing a show for Hello Kitty in London was a childhood dream!

Are there any goals that you would like to achieve?

- TUNS!!! Touring with some other big acts, having my own headline/sold out tours, getting a deal and making an album, working with Lil Wayne and Drake, we could be here for ever… I’m always setting myself new goals!

What can we expect from you in the future?

- I have a new EP out right now which is FREE to download so I’m promoting that right now, playing shows to promote the songs and making videos for the songs. I’m also recording more new material and working on some collabs. So look out for new videos basically and then new material later this year.

- I have a 9 track EP ‘COME ROLL WITH ME’ out right now for FREE download at www.kittycowell.com

What do you think of FKN Famous?

- I think it’s a cool site; very current and a nice mixture of lifestyle, music, fashion.
