Kraken AMS Case Review

Last week we received a very special package from a company called “Trident Case”. We was first introduced to this company via YouTube, when their very unique case caught our eye. Trident Case was very kind enough to shoot us over some of their unique products for a very exclusive review for you guys. With that being said we would like to personally thank Trident Case for giving us the opportunity to conduct this review. This is definitely a case and review you don’t want to miss!

So lets kick things off with a little more info about “Trident Case”. “Trident Case was founded in March of 2010 in Chino, California. Our first product (the Kraken for iPhone 4) launched later that summer. Since then, we’ve been growing rapidly. In April of 2011, we moved down the road to a larger facility, still in Chino, which has been our home ever since.” Now before we start the review, I would personally like to thank the staff over at Trident Case for sending us over this package. Giving us the opportunity to deliver this in-depth product review! We hope that you enjoy it. The package was great, now let’s start the review shall we!

Product Review :

- Packaging : Let start off with the packaging. Trident Case sent us the package via FedEx. As always FedEx is a great, fast and affordable way of shipping. You can always cound on FedEx to get the job done. Inside the package we found 3 Trident Case products such as the Kraken AMS Case, Bike Rail Clip and Wire Organizer. All these products where in very unique custom packaging. The packaging displayed the product very well and shared some key info on the product. Another awesome feature with the packaging was that it was extremely easy to open. Just cutting one tape and your done, no need to bring out a huge knife to hack into the plastic. So definitely kudos for the overall great packaging of the Trident Case items!

- Extras : There wasn’t really any extras such as business cards, fliers or etc. Which is perfectly fine, maybe they will look into it in the near future. But other than that we did receive 2 extra products along with the casing which was the “Bike Rail Clip” and the “Wire Organizer”. These will really come in handy with this case. You can have your phone with you while you ride your bike. An you can also use the wire organizer to wrap your earphones neatly. Definitely loved their ideals on these two items.

- Design : I definitely love everything about the Karken AMS Case!! After taking the Kraken AMS case apart, I really loved the design that Trident Case went with. It really feels like you have maximum protection on the phone. Which has always been a key factor when buying a case. Some of the cool features about the Kraken AMS Case is that it has a shock-absorbing silicone. It has a hardened polycarbonate plastic shell. There is a built in screen-protector so double the protection if you already have one on. There are dust covers over the microphone and speaker bays which is a awesome ideal! There is also silicone plugs over port openings. Another awesome feature is that there is a convenient belt/clip holster so that you can take it on the go with you. There are some locking groves for the clip as well for extra secureness!

- Quality : The overall quality of the Kraken AMS Case from Trident Case is superb. I absolutely love everything about this case. The quality is on-point, from the feels of it to the protection it give your phone. It’s definitely a great case to have! Installation of the case was really easy and self explanatory. FKN Famous would highly recommend anyone to get a Kraken AMS Case from Trident Case as well shop over on their website. Trident Case definitely has some great cases to offer. This is definitely a company you should look into. Can’t wait to see what they have in store for 2012!

- Pricing : Last but definitely not least we like to end things with the overall pricing. So you can easily get a Kraken AMS Case on the Trident Case website for about $49.95. Which is really affordable for a great quality case like this. This would be a great case for anyone in the working field. So definitely if you are looking for a case with maximum protection this is the one for you!
