TYLT Zumo Review

Earlier in the week we received a awesome package from TYLT. We was first introduced to TYLT via YouTube and really like the concept and product they’ve came up with. TYLT kindly sent us over two of their hot selling items to take a closer look at them and conduct this awesome review. Today we are going to kick it off with the “Zumo Portable Power Pack”. With out further do I would like to give a huge shout out to TYLT for giving us the opportunity to get a first hand look at their product and deliver this awesome in-depth product review. This is definitely a product review you don’t want to miss, enjoy!

So lets kick things off with a little more info about “TYLT”. “TYLT – We are inclined to innovate. Our goal is to connect to you and to your devices. Our focus is innovation in the mobile world. TYLT was established in 2011, simply to provide high-quality design, with exceptional value to our customers.” Now before we start the review, I would personally like to thank the staff over at TYLT for sending us over this package. Giving us the opportunity to deliver this in-depth product review! We hope that you enjoy it. The package was great, now let’s start the review shall we!

Product Review :

- Packaging : Lets start off with the packaging. So TYLT sent us the package via FedEx. The package got here very fast and on-time as always. FedEx is a great and affordable way of shipping definitely can’t go wrong with them. Inside the package was the two products from TYLT safe and sound. As we mentioned we’d like to start off with the Zumo. The packaging on the Zumo was really simple and clean. It displayed the product perfectly in it’s custom plastic casing. The packaging featured a lot of great information on the product, what comes with it and it’s key features. On the sides of the packaging was the TYLT logo repeated, and can see it perfectly when lights hit it. Overall great packaging for the product, absolutely love it.

- Extras : There wasn’t really any extra included in the package such as business cards, fliers, brochures or anything like that which was perfectly fine. Although inside the actual packaging of the Zumo there was a few extra goodies included. Some of the awesome stuff that came with the Zumo was a USB extension cord, as well as a removable carabineer. They also included a little user guide as well.

- Design : The design of the TYLT Zumo is pretty solid, it’s very small and extremely portable. It eliminates the need to carry extra cables and chargers with you. It is designed to hold a charge for over a year. The TYLT Zumo has a 1500 mAh battery with a in “Flex Charging Arm”. The TYLT Zumo comes equipped with either a Micro-USB connector for smartphone and Android devices or an optional 30-pin Apple connector for IOS devices. The Zumo charges via USB connector, that can be plugged into a computer or the charging adapter that comes with the product. It also has a removable Carabineer that can be used to attach the Zumo to a backpack or a purse. This Zumo charges one device at a time. It can charge tablets, but at a minimum rate. It has an LED indicator on back side to show how much power is remaining. The Zumo can provide up to 4 hours of additional talk-time, up to one full charge to a smartphone, 1/4 charge to a tablet and 10 full charges to a bluetooth device.

- Quality : Overall the quality of the TYLT Zumo is awesome. It’s a great product for those that are always on the go. The overall staffing and service they provide at TYLT is great. They are very helpful and friendly, which is always good coming from a business. FKN Famous would highly recommend anyone to shop at TYLT.com they’ve got some great products coming out that you definitely don’t want to miss. TYLT is a brand to look out for in 2012, can’t wait to see what they will bring out next!

- Pricing : Last but definitely not least we like to end things with the overall pricing of this. The Zumo is still in the works of being available on the TYLT.com website as well as retail stores. The price of the device will run you about $39.99. The Zumo is extremely affordable and great product to have!
