v-JAYS Headphones Review

Earlier last week we received a awesome package from a brand overseas by the name of Jays. We was first introduced to Jays via YouTube. Jays was very kind enough to shoot us 2 of their latest products to get a closer look at and conduct a review. We are going to kick things off with the v-Jays Headphones. So without further due, we would personally like to thanks Jays for giving us the opportunity to check out the product and conducting this review. This is definitely a product and review you should look out for!

So lets kick things off with a little more info about “Jays”. “JAYS formed in 2006 and released its first product in 2007, but the lineup has changed radically since then. None of the founding members are longer a part of neither the company nor its management. But this is where the vision of JAYS was born and we are eternally thankful for that. We, a few young talented men, came to form the new qualitative core of JAYS sharing the same vision, passion, drive and unconditional love for music. With a new and highly merited management to guide us, no stones are left unturned in optimizing our business or quality, setting sail and simply letting nature lead us ahead of the rest.” Now before we start the review, I would personally like to thank the staff over at Jays for sending us over this package. Giving us the opportunity to deliver this in-depth product review! We hope that you enjoy it. The package was great, now let’s start the review shall we!

Product Review :

- Packaging : Let’s start off with the packaging. So Jays sent us the package via DHL. It’s extremely rare to see DHL around now a days, but they too just like anyone else is very fast and affordable. Especially if you are shipping something overseas. Inside the box we was greeted by 2 of Jays latest products. As stated we will start off by reviewing the v-Jays. So the packaging on the v-Jays were pretty simple and clean. Displayed the product very well as well as some key information on the product, which was great! The packaging of the actual headphones itself was very unique in foam. So overall the packaging and presentation of the product was superb!

- Extras : There wasn’t really any extras included in the package, such as business cards, fliers or etc. Which was perfectly fine, maybe Jays will include some in the near future. Inside the actual product packaging included was a few extras such as 2 pairs of foam cushions, as well as a extension cable.

- Design : The design of the v-Jays are pretty awesome. The robust and collapsible v-JAYS weigh in at a mere 59 grams (2.08 oz) making them one of the lightest headphones in their class. The result is portable, high-performance sound at a mid price point. The v-JAYS are designed for maximum music enjoyment. The speakers deliver a superior bass impact without overwhelming the other frequencies, meaning all the small details you often miss with other headphones remain intact. It’s time to remind yourself what it is you love about your favorite bands; whether you’re into heavy rock, RnB or singer-songwriter music – you’ll be moving to the beat in no time! The v-JAYS contain two folding joints which enables them to easily fit into your pocket whilst out and about. Additionally we also mounted each speaker unit on ball joints, allowing a tilt of up to 40 degrees, guaranteeing in-ear comfort when on the go. Jays definitely did a great job overall on the design of this product!

- Quality : The overall quality of the v-Jays are great! The sound quality is awesome, definitely love the bass quality. Although it may not show and look like regular headphones, the v-Jays are very unique and sound great! The staff at Jays was very friendly and helpful, which is always a great thing when running business. FKN Famous would highly recommend getting a pair of headphones at Jays. You will definitely love their product and quality. This is definitely a brand you should look into. Can’t wait to see what they have in store for 2012!

- Pricing : Last but definitely not least we end things with the overall pricing for the product. You can pick up a pair of Jays v-Jays for about $89.95. Which is pretty standard and affordable. The quality of the product is great, and you definitely get your moneys worth!
