Product Review :

- Packaging : Arriving at our doorstep was a package we’ve been waiting for a while. It was a package from a company called OnLive. OnLive shipped us the package via FedEx. Inside the package we were greeted by the OnLive Game System. The product packaging was extremely simple and clean! I really loved how everything was very compacted into the box. Without all the fancy packaging bubble wraps and etc. It made it pretty self explanatory and very easy to locate all the accessories and etc. Overall I personally think that OnLive did an outstanding job with the product packaging and presentation of the product.

- Extras : Aside from receiving the OnLive Game System, there wasn’t really any extras included such as business cards, brochures, fliers etc. Which is perfectly fine, maybe in the future they will include something like that. But on the other hand OnLive did supply us with 3 free games for our new OnLive Game System. An inside the actual product package included was the OnLive MicroConsole TV Adapter, OnLive Wireless Controller with media controls, OnLive rechargeable Controller battery, power adapter, HDMI cable, Ethernet cable, USB cable and 2 AA batteries. Basically everything you need to get started and playing.

- Design : I really love the design of the OnLive Game System. It’s very lightweight compact, and doesn’t take a lot of room around your entertainment center. You can neatly tuck it away off the side. The controller is very easy to use as well, feels very comfortable and easily to play with for hours with our getting hand cramps. Now as for the interface everything is pretty self explanatory when you first sign on. It’s extremely easy to set up also. I definitely love the looks and feels of the market place, very easy to see games in action and test it out. Also another awesome feature is entitled “Arena”. This is where you can spectator people that are playing live that have a OnLive Game System.

- Quality : Overall the quality of the OnLive Game System is superb. I really love what OnLive has brought to the table. The OnLive Game System is very unique, and very easy to use. My only little issue about the OnLive Game System is that it can be a little choppy at times, but maybe that is because our current internet speeds during the day. But other than that, I really love everything about OnLive. The game selections are great also; they’ve also got some old school games as well which definitely brings out your inner childhood. The staff over at OnLive has been extremely friendly from the start. So with that being said, if anyone is looking for a new gaming system to look into, OnLive is definitely one you should think about. Can’t wait to see what else OnLive will bring to the table in the future.

- Pricing : So just how much does the OnLive Game System cost? Well you can pick up an OnLive Game System on the OnLive website for about $99.99. This is a great affordable price for a unique one of a kind gaming system. The actual game prices range from about $5.99-$39.99 which is also a very affordable price for a game. What’s great also is that you get to test out the game before buying it. So overall you are definitely getting your money’s worth when picking up an OnLive Game System.
