So tell us about your brand?

- MISTAKEN SOCIETY represents anyone who is on the come up in life, yet prejudged due to their image. We are amongst the Y-generation where it is common to decorate your outer image w/ tattoos, piercing, and weird hair which makes it easy to be prejudged by society. Causing you to be mistaken. Being decorated, dressing a certain way, or talking w/ an accent shouldn’t over shadow our talents that make us successful enough to gain finer things in life at a young age. Get to know our personality & be opened up to our hearts where you are opened up to secrets we keep. We feel that’s what represents a lot of the consumer market today because we ourselves are a product of this generation.

How did you come up with the name?

- Just being mistaken on a day to day basis. People are always so quick to judge a book by its cover

What were you doing before launching your brand?

- I launched the brand right out of college so prepping at F.I.D.M (fashion institute of design and merchandising)

When did you begin thinking about launching your own clothing brand?

- I had my own line in high school so I’ve been doing this clothing stuff for a long time now

What best describes your line & who is it targeted to?

- Our line is a streetwear line and we don’t really target anything specific.. its more like the lifestyle and if u feel you are judged on a day to day basis then u can vibe with it..

What influenced you to start this line?

- Just always been into fashion and they way I dress and always wanted to make something better then all the crap out there!!

How is your brand different from others out there?

- Our attention to detail in our designs, the way put each season out in collections instead of throwing a bunch of random crap on a tee and saying here’s a “clothing line” were in a epidemic of a bunch of wack ass clothing and hype
